Found & Felt Vol. 6

Last week I went to the annual San Francisco Fall Show, which brings together art, antiques, and design. Highly recommend for anyone local! You can walk through gorgeous booths in Fort Mason and there are all kinds of talks and panels throughout the weekend.

I went to hear interior designer Charlotte Moss speak about her home and latest book and am just so inspired by her approach to collecting. Funny enough, my very first coffee table book was one of hers that I discovered at an antique mall years ago!

Her home is incredibly layered, filled with stunning antiques, custom textiles, and design details inspired by her travels. She shared how she collects little bits of inspiration along the way—photographs, menus, even jewelry that might inspire a color scheme—until they find their place in the world.

I love that there’s no real formula to it. Just a lifetime of living, staying curious, collecting what speaks to you, and finding ways to bring it all together somewhere, someday, somehow.

That feels like a fitting introduction to this week’s finds!

1. Charlotte Moss: At Home in Virginia– This book is a wonderful look inside her world and a reminder that the most interesting spaces can’t be rushed!

2. J.Crew Cashmere Tee– A chocolate brown cashmere tee feels like such a great wardrobe staple. love the fit of this one, not too fitted not too oversized! I’m imagining it with a gorgeous silk scarf or gold jewelry.

3. Mango Jacket– Hard to tell from the photo but it’s ivory jacquard. I recently saw someone wearing it over a grey tee shirt and the drape was sooo good. Love when something looks more expensive than it is!

4. Saie Eyeshadow– A recent beauty discovery I’m completely obsessed with. I bought this shimmery shadow in the warmer Gelato shade and loved it so much that I went back back for the cooler Sorbetto. It’s so easy to apply with your finger, which I especially appreciate. Even better, it’s currently 20% off at Credo!

5. True Botanicals Eye Patches– These have become a little weekly ritual. They’re cooling, refreshing, and really feel like they wake up my eyes. Such a nice little luxury to have on hand, especially for a slow morning. Also 20% off at Credo right now too!

6. Louis Vuitton Bucket Bag– I love the shape of this little embossed suede bucket bag. It reminds me of some of this new Chanel bucket style, but half the price. The warm beige color and subtle monogram make it especially versatile. I think I prefer a top handle bucket over a shoulder bag anyways!

7. Tod’s Leopard T Bag– have such a soft spot for Tod’s. You can really see the craftsmanship in the materials, and the styles feel practical but still have a little personality. I currently have this style and this style available for sale in the shop. But I love the unexpected pony hair in the new collection! What do you think about a leopard bag? It feels like such a good neutral to me. Also love a hit of it in a scarf or belt.

8. Patagonia Printed Fleece– I wear fleece almost every day for my post work walks, so I’m always on the hunt for something cool. Love the unexpected colors and pattern on this one. Functional doesn’t have to mean boring! Also love this fun fleece and one that’s on sale.

9. Steve Madden Block Heels– Can you believe these are Steve Madden? The rich green, ostrich leather, and little block heel make them feel so luxe!

10. Doen Fringed Pants– How fun would these be for the holidays? I love the elastic waist, rich print and swingy hem. Would be so gorg with a simple cream top or sweater. Festive without feeling too dressed up! Also been eyeing these!

11. Vintage Cartier Ring– And finally, something completely extraordinary. I love a wide band you can wear every day, but this vintage Cartier ring with its rubies, diamonds, and sculptural gold setting is just ridiculous. The kind of piece you would really admire forever.

That’s it for this edition! You can find more of my discoveries and ongoing collections over on ShopMy.
