I can’t stop thinking about this gorgeous floral maxi dress I tried on last week. I’d been eyeing it online for months, and somehow it was even better in person—the textured silk, the fringe at the hem, the beaded ties.

Every summer I find myself drawn to what I call a personality dress—a piece that stands on its own and feels like a conversation starter. I recently treated myself to one I found on The Real Real and I’m excited to wear it for my birthday in a couple weeks.
