Glad you’re here!

I’ve been obsessed with fashion and business since I was a little girl. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and couldn’t wait to leave my small town to follow my dreams. They started to unfold when I graduated from Syracuse University with a dual B.S. degree in Retail Management and Marketing. During my time in college, I was fortunate to study abroad in London and complete a buying internship with Bloomingdale’s in New York City. Both of which tremendously broadened my horizons.

I went on to work in corporate buying for Gap Inc. & American Eagle Outfitters for many years before leaving to follow my dream of building a fashion company. During the transition, I found myself shopping at antique fairs with my dad like I used to do when I was a kid. It inspired me to start Sweet & Spark out of my love for vintage jewelry and personal style. Little did I know that I would be embarking on a personal journey of growth over the next decade.

A few years into solopreneurship, I serendipitously met a new friend who had a shared vision, feminine aesthetic and complementary skill set. We became business partners and grew Sweet & Spark into a seven figure business, selling contemporary women’s clothing and luxury vintage accessories from Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and the like. We built a loyal following and opened two stores in California, one in San Francisco and the other in Los Angeles.

Proud is an understatement, we built exactly what we set out to accomplish and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves along the way. But with what seemed to be a never ending series of operational challenges and a rapidly changing retail landscape, we received a calling to things beyond. After nine beautiful and fulfilling years, we made the decision to close our company.

The real jewel of entrepreneurship has been the freedom that comes from complete personal transformation. I’ve discovered my authentic self, voice and confidence. Coming out on the other end more fully alive than ever, knowing first hand how hard it is to break free from yourself, I’m passionate about supporting others along their paths through one-on-one business coaching. My intention is to help you find clarity and normalize the psychological barriers to creating a life that you love.

If you answer the call to push beyond your limits and stay committed long enough to peel back the layers, I promise it will become the gift of a lifetime.

So, you can always count on me to be here and tell you to go for it! Because that’s the only way you’ll ever really know.
