Style has always been the starting point–as a way of tuning inward and reflecting hope and aliveness outward.
Getting dressed is how I learned to listen to myself.
I grew up in a small town that grounded me, but always had big dreams. I left home for Syracuse University, where I earned a dual degree in Retail Management and Marketing. A study abroad program in London and a buying internship at Bloomingdale’s in NYC opened my eyes to how expansive life could be. After college, I moved into corporate merchandising at Gap Inc. and American Eagle Outfitters, where I learned how brands come to life, from mood boards to product assortments. The financial abundance and creative freedom I experienced in these spaces inspired me.
Eventually, I left to build Sweet & Spark, a fashion company built around the joy of finding one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. It grew into a million dollar luxury vintage brand, with two stores in California and a thriving online presence. Over nearly a decade, I poured my heart into every detail. On the surface, it looked like a dream. Behind the scenes, it was years of experimenting, growing and evolving. The journey taught me how resilient we can be and what it really means to build something with heart.
Building S&S wasn’t just about business, it taught me how to cultivate an authentic relationship with myself.
After its closure and bankruptcy, I was forced to meet myself in the most honest way. That loss became the portal to something deeper. I realized what I loved most wasn’t just building the brand, it was the transformation behind it. That insight led me to coaching.
Today, I guide heart-led creatives, visionary entrepreneurs, and anyone stepping into a new version of themselves to build lives and businesses that reflect who they truly are.
