This year I’m breaking this annual workshop down into two parts. The first part will focus on 2024 reflections and the second part will be focused around intention setting for the year ahead. Both are so important and deserve our full attention!

I’m a big believer that growth is best measured by who we’ve become rather than what we’ve achieved. So in the first part of this masterclass we will take an inventory of the things that have brought us joy, surprised us and also that we need to let go of in order to make room for the new.

Ever since I discovered Danielle Laporte’s Desire Map, I think about goal setting differently. Chasing big, rigid external goals exhausts us. It’s really about the feelings that we think achieving those things will bring us that we’re after anyway. So how can we cultivate how we want to feel now while we chip away at a larger vision? That’s what we’ll be diving into in the second part of this masterclass.

Ever since Sweet & Spark closed, I’ve been working a lot differently. At the beginning of each year, I set themes that I want to explore in my life; things like cultivating more emotional intimacy, understanding my personal style and finding my authentic voice. Then I break each down into things I want to do, have and experience that will help me grow and evolve in each area. 

In this two part virtual workshop, I’d love to share my annual reflection and planning process with you. We’ll take some time to reflect on a few journal prompts and take inventory of what’s working/not in each aspect of our life so that we feel good about where we focus our time in the New Year.
