This month marks 4 years since I first stepped into coaching—and what a journey it’s been. What began as a part-time passion after building my own fashion company has blossomed into my full-time calling.

It never gets old watching clients surprise themselves and discover what they’re truly capable of!

Over these years, I’ve had the honor of working with curious creatives, tastemakers, entrepreneurs, and overall just incredible humans. Together, we’ve navigated career pivots, launched and grown businesses, explored passion projects, and—most importantly—learned how to trust ourselves more deeply.

On my corporate and entrepreneurial journey, I’ve experienced the full spectrum—building brands, opening stores, raising capital, growing teams, and navigating countless pivots, successes, and failures. What it taught me is this: creating a life and business you love comes down to trust, devotion, and aligned action.

Experience alone doesn’t make me a good coach. What really drives my work is something I learned the hard way. When I wasn’t getting the financial results I wanted in my last business, I had to start looking inward—examining my beliefs, patterns, and emotions—and that’s when everything changed. I realized something simple but profound:

You don’t create the life you want by hustling harder—you create it by becoming someone who can hold what you want. Real magnetism isn’t about doing more; it’s about showing up in your fullness.

That’s why energetics became the foundation of my coaching practice. By combining my love for psychology, neuroscience, Human Design, and manifestation with my expertise in business strategy, transformation becomes both practical and deeply felt.

Most of my clients come in from one of two places. Some arrive needing clarity + alignment, asking big, open ended questions like:

• Should I start a new business?

• How could I pivot my career?

• Who am I, and what do I really want?

Others come from a place of strategy + growth. They might need a launch strategy, are already in motion, following plans that aren’t quite working, or looking to expand further:

• How can I start doing what I love full time, without feeling overwhelmed?

• How do I grow my business the way I want?

• How do I bring my creative ideas to life?

In our sessions, we’ll spend time grounding and reflecting as well as mapping out concrete steps for business, life or creative projects. Every session blends teachings, strategy exercises, and exploration activities from a rich library of topics, so you gain clarity and momentum that feels doable.

Growth isn’t linear, and there’s no single formula or final destination. It’s about learning to hold your energy, build your rhythm, and let life meet you.
