When we operate primarily from the mind, we disconnect from the innate intelligence and natural pace of the body. We rush, overextend, and measure our worth by productivity instead of presence.
My intention for 2026 is to slow down and choose embodied self-worth over cognitive self-worth, and I’d love to invite you to do the same.
What To Expect:
This cozy circle on Sunday, 1/4 @ 2pm PST is designed to be experiential and embodied. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a reflection and intention-setting workbook with prompts to explore beforehand. This allows us to use our live time together to focus on energy, presence, and integration.
In our 90 minutes together, you’ll be guided through grounding practices, teachings, and shared reflection to help you settle into the energetic tone of 2026.
