I’ve been reflecting upon what the common thread to my unusually paired passions is. It’s becoming so clearly the empowerment of the individual and our expressive pursuits. So whether you’ve come for the vintage and stayed for the encouragement or vice versa, I truly hope you know and appreciate the power of your magnificence. ⁣⁣

Two years ago today I said goodbye to a dream without knowing exactly what was next. In some ways it’s felt seductive to try new things and in other ways, very amateur without the backing of a clear mission statement and team.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
What I’ve come to learn about visions is that they’re never lucid at the start. How could they be? We’ve got to be bold enough to start with a seed and water it. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
A vision is crystalized by weaving desires, passions, imagination and experiences together. Leading ourselves, and everyone else, to wonder what could be. We’ve got to gather, distill and meld these inputs into possibilities. This is a huge chapter in every story. And one that I wished was easier to trust in so that I could run wild with it. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

To live in our ideas and polish them until they shine is disorienting until all of a sudden they bring us so much pleasure. I really do think that this is what makes a creative life worth living for.⁣
⁣
I’m incredibly thankful that wisdom teaches us the value of both the electric and mundane moments. Because creating a union with these opposites is an act of deep respect to ourselves and the flow of life. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

We will never ever be an exact moment again. What a talented artist we have become when we have captured something so special to look back upon 💖

If you were to ask me what the most important elem

If you were to ask me what the most important element to living authentically is, it’s gratitude.

We’ve got to be thankful for having the things we want before we get the things. Or rather, simply being thankful for who we already are and what we already have. Noticing what’s in front of us opens up our eyes to new ways of creating value.

It’s the how we get from here, where we’re often times feeling like imposters, to meeting our full potential, that lofty goalpost that can otherwise seem elusive.

We need to trust our natural spaciousness, knowing it is the birthplace of all that flows before it flows. Because we know who we’re becoming. When we’re wide open, our intuition loves to drop in and love us up with downloads of wise inspiration and truth, including the very next best step.

When we try to push our agendas, we’ve forgotten that the things we want are already on their way.

Finding detachment from my longing is a full time job as, I imagine it is for many of us. So sharing the quotes that remind me what gratitude feels like because when we’re abundant, we inspire all of those around us and the things that are meant for us arrive right on time 🙏🏻
