Recognizing Your Value

If you want to be in business, you have to know your value before you can give your value. And in order to know your value, you have to see your value first. ⁣

Don’t let that intimidate you. Sometimes it’s as easy as opening your eyes wider to see it shining back at you in the things you’ve already accomplished. But if there’s still some parts of you that you yearn to know, trust the seed of your knowing and take some action steps to experience it in IRL. That is how to fully enjoy your self while you’re here! ⁣

Your life will expand in proportion to your courage. But whatever you do, do not judge the action or the result!! That can discourage you and it’s not worth your time. It doesn’t really matter so much what you do or get as long as you sort through what the experiences mean to you. ⁣

Before I felt comfortable on video, I had to get comfortable speaking, and before I felt comfortable communicating like that, I had to get comfortable sharing my experiences and emotions via written word and before I felt comfortable doing that, I had to become comfortable doing photoshoots in public and long before that, I had to get comfortable publishing random things like jewelry for sale, the food I ate, quotes that inspired me or the places I going around San Francisco. And way before all of that, I had to get comfortable questioning my own reality which stemmed from being deeply inspired by others teachings in books, newsletters, workshops and podcasts.⁣

Don’t fear or rush your journey, trust that courage will fuel your fire at your own natural pace. Watch out for the moments that make you feel good, like when someone tells you that you should go for something because you were born for it or when someone asks you for your opinion on something/ needs a recommendation. And take notice of the times when you touch, hear, taste, smell or see something that makes you feel all warm, lit up and inspired. Oh and what about the things that keep popping back up in your awareness? Definitely stop to question and explore the deeper meaning. ⁣

Those are the moments your soul is speaking to you, guiding you to have the courage to open.
